SAMEBIKE offers 4-9 days FAST FREE SHIPPING to addresses in Canada. 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders Processing Time

We take 1~2 business days for processing orders and upload the tracking number within 48 Hours.

Shipping Time

The shipping time usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on local delivery speed and weather, which we cannot fully control.

When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the email address you registered on our website.

Tracking Shipping

You will receive an email with a tracking number, or you can track the details here by entering your tracking number and selecting your carrier. For example, Germany DPD shipping, select DPD DE, France for DPD France.

 

Shipping Delay: We will notify you in case of Shipping delay through email and refund you if you don't want to wait for a longer time.

Cancellation

Once your order has been paid for, you need to cancel your order within 5 hours before our warehouse handles your order. We do not offer cancellation once the parcel has been sent out. If you are cancelling before work has begun, then we will refund your payment in full via whichever payment method you used.

Signatures Required.  

Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.

Shipping Carriers.  
SAMEBIKE ships using FedEx and USPS in the USA, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments: for example, if you’ve ordered several large/bulky items.

Refused Shipments – Flat Fee. 
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $202/pc to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $202/pc.
