CY20 Portable Commuter Electric Bike

Very good bike. I am using it for my work. Its good enough in speed and battery timing is also good. Heavy bike. Easily can fold. Light horn gears are working good.

Everything works as is expected.

I bought a CY20 model. Excellent bike! So far, I’ve only used it once to test it (positive point).
I had to contact customer service by email and was very well assisted!
Some parts are made of plastic and seem fragile, but nothing that compromises its functionality (only time will tell).
Delivery was very fast.
I’m still a bit uncertain about how easy it will be to find replacement products in the market (for example, changing the tire in the future).
Overall, a positive point for the company and the bike.

Everything is very well made and perfectly fitted. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Only have a few miles on the bike as it’s been a few years since I’ve ridden any bike. We live in the country and I’m using it to get around our property. Very happy the peddles fold as it will make it easier to load into my horse trailer to take as a get a round rig at the shows.

I was in the market for an e-bike that was reasonably priced, had a removable battery and could be folded. This bike met all my expectations. The bike is a bit heavy to lift so if you are on the petite side, this probably is not for you. After removing the battery then lifting, it was way more manageable. I had a tire issue after a few weeks where the sidewall developed two rips and subsequently caused a flat. I contacted the vendor and the were responsive and rectified the issue by sending a replacement tube and tire. Very responsive and great customer service.

This is a solid bike. Easy to put together and quality parrts. We had questions for customer service and they responded immediately. The battery lasts 20+ mins on full power. Easy to operate. I would highly recommend this bike for adults and older kids.

I’ve had this bike for almost a year. I ride it everyday around my 67 acre ranch and I don’t have any complaints! It holds a long charge, I charge it maybe once a month. This bike has been consistently reliable. I hauled it on the back of my camper all across the country, subjected it to rain, wind, snow and salt water, she’s still going. My husband laughed at me when I bought this bike because he’s a name brand guy and thinks everything that isn’t “name brand” sucks. This bike proved him wrong. If you are considering this bike, buy it, you won’t regret it.

I had a lighter foldable, but it only had one speed and little power on the hills. This bike has wide tires, and really has the weight to hug the road even in wet surfaces. I occasionally use it without any battery power, just to get some exercise, and again, I like the feel and stability of this bike as you pedal. While it is not rated for passengers, I've used it to motor around campsites with my wife sitting on the back padded seat. That's not a recommendation, and the manufacturer certainly doesn't approve of it, but I'm thankful it has the power, frame strength, and stability to allow me to do it for short trips to and from the showers.

Works good, is reliable, folding is worthless as I’ve no need to put it in a trunk or closet. Hard to find spare batteries though. Easily gets myself and a cart full of heavy items up a hill no problem.

We love this bike! Easy to understand the controls, and very powerful. I keep mine set to 9MPH, and it is plenty fast enough for me. We ride a few miles a day, and have just now charged the battery!
I did have an issue with a tire, after contacting them, they immediately resolved the issue! Very happy with the product, and would buy again, without a doubt!

I bought this one as a gift and seas very impressed with ease of assembly, attention to detail and quality of materials. The bike went together quickly and everything was well packaged. Hitway makes a great bike and the 14ah battery works great. I do wish they included the explanation of menu settings for fine tuning to specific needs but other than that the included quick start guide was easy to follow and I like the mostly useful tool kit. I highly recommend a regular 15mm open end wrench for the pedals. I really like the bike and it will be easy to put in the vehicle when we go exploring.

This is a very good product for the price. Delivery and packaging comes in a timely manner and packed very well. Directions make it easy to complete the small amount of assembly. My son loves the bike for college commute. My son is 6’3” 250 lbs and this bike is perfect size and fit for him. You cannot go wrong buying this bike.

The bike was easy to assemble. Just follow the video. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble. I had never done it before and I double checked everything, because it seemed too easy.
Rides well. No problem getting up to 20MPH. It comes folded. Easy to unfold, but I have yet to fold it.

Birthday gift to my wife and she love this bicycle. Easy install, she accidentally broke the paddle, after contact seller they sent us new part to replace. Very good customer service. I had a great experience with this seller who proved to be both trustworthy and honest.

The Electric Bike is well built, good design. The seats, are comfortable, the foldability is a huge plus for RV travel. Motor is smooth and powerful. I would buy these bikes again.

Solid built bike with seller reachable is what I like about this company! I read the reviews knowing mostly from Europe, I watched the numbers of reviews increased quickly means their sales are quite good that gave me a lot of confidence, I ride everyday and I really like the power when with steep uphill ride.
The bike with bags also showed their design are user friendly and graceful

I just got it today, very easy assembly. This is the 4th ebike I've bought and by far the easiest to put together. Plus less money than the others and came with much more accessories.
I gave it a 5 five star mainly because of what you get for the money.

I use this bike to get to work. I do not drive and no city bus close to my home. I already put 200 miles on it. Recently my tire burst but the seller is stellar 🙏🏾 and I'll be back riding soon. Thank you so much 😊😊😊😊.

So, I've only used it a few days so far, I've currently put in about 35 miles of riding on it.
Overall, it's been quite nice to ride! It's comfortable, has a good bit of power, and is nice and speedy while still being a legal e-bike. I'm just under 6' (178cm) tall and about 200 lbs. (91kg)

I’m 5’2 and this is the third electric bike that I purchased. I had to return two different brands that didn’t work for my small stature. This bike was pretty much pre assembled, just needing to put on the pedals, reflectors, and seat. Awesome small yet powerful bike that I would recommend. My husband was brave enough to get it to go 20 miles per hour. I’ll get there eventually, lol!

Really like this bike. Very good design, foldable. I took it for a ride 3 times and the battery still shows full charge. Delivery was earlier than promised. The only thing that I would fix is charging indicators, it does not give you any clue if it’s charging or not. You have to turn battery on and press and hold power button to see the charge level. Other than that it’s perfect.
